Thanks for stopping by the Dather Blog. I mean the Official Dather Blog (not that there’s an unofficial Dather Blog). Let me start by telling you about the name Dather. It’s a combo of data and gather, which pretty well sums up what we do. It was also a URL that was available.

The idea behind Dather stemmed from us having too much content (photos, videos, Tweets, blog posts) and too little organization. All this great stuff strewn across a multitude of sites and often in no discernible order. I love to look at old and new photos and videos, or blog posts, or tweets. But I hate trying to find them. Bouncing from site to site, scrolling down endless pages, getting Carpal Tunnel from hitting so many next and previous buttons.

Long story short, we came up with a way to do this better. A simpler way to display, organize and share your media. Also a more fun way. And so Dather was born. Or built rather, by some great folks here in the US and in Buenos Aires.

We’d love to have you help us tweak, add to, fix, change and make Dather better. It’s not entirely one-sided either — you’ll get to experience and share your content in a whole new way.
